The regular scheduled meeting of the Oxford Township Board of Health was held on
December 19, 2006 at 12:30 PM in the Oxford Township Municipal Building, 11 Green
Street, Oxford, New Jersey.

In attendance were Angelo Accetturo, Alex Lazorisak, Bonnie Riley and Sheila L.
Oberly.

Mr. Lazorisak announced that the meeting had been properly advertised in accordance
with the OPMA of 1975.

On motion by Mr. Accetturo, seconded by Mrs. Riley and passed unanimously on roll
call vote the minutes for October 17, 2006 were approved.

Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board of Health minutes of November
17, and December 15, 2006.

Mr. Lazorisak opened the meeting to public comment.

There being no public comment, the public comment period was closed.

On motion by Mr. Lazorisak, seconded by Mr. Accetturo, and passed unanimously on
roll call vote, the Board of Health meeting was adjourned at 12:55 PM.
