The regular scheduled meeting of the Mayor and
Committee of the Township of Oxford was held on
April 18, 2007 in the Township Municipal Building,
11 Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.
Mayor Lazorisak, who announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in compliance with the OPMA
of 1975, called the meeting to order at 10:15 PM.
In attendance were Alex Lazorisak, N. Angelo
Accetturo, Bonnie Riley, Michael Finelli, Michael
Lavery and Sheila L. Oberly.
The minutes of March 21, 2007 meeting was approved
as submitted on motion by Mr.
Lazorisak, seconded by Mr.
Accetturo.
Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board
of Health Report of April 13, 2007.
Mr. Lazorisak asked the Clerk to call Tracy Hess,
Health Officer to contact him to set up a meeting in
regard to the Oxwall property.
Mr. Lazorisak opened the floor to public comments.
There being no comments, the public hearing was
closed.
On motion by Mr. Lazorisak, seconded by Mr.
Accetturo and passed unanimously on roll call vote
to adjourn the Board of Health meeting at 10:30 PM.
