May 15, 2007
The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of the
Mayor and Committee of the Township of Oxford was
held on May 15, 2007 in the Township Municipal
Building, 11 Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.
Mayor Lazorisak, who announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in
compliance with the OPMA of 1975, called the meeting
to order at 10:00 PM.
In attendance were Alex Lazorisak, N. Angelo
Accetturo, Bonnie Riley, and Sheila L. Oberly.
The minutes of April 18, 2007 meeting was approved
as submitted on motion by Mr.
Lazorisak, seconded by
Mrs. Riley.
Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board
of Health Report of May 11, 2007 and letters
received from Carol Schwar in reference to Carol’s
Coffee Cup.
Mr. Lazorisak will call Claude Mitchell, Health
Officer regarding Oxford Tech, of Wall Street,
Oxford.
On the May 3, 2007 letter from Carol Schwar, Senior
Sanitary Inspector to Carol and William Griffett,
owner of Carol’s Coffee Cup, 39 Wall Street (item
#4-dumpsters and containers for recycling to be
located outside), Mr. Lazorisak stated that a copy
be given to our Zoning Officer for his signature
authorizing his approval.
The Mayor opened the meeting to the public. There
being no public comments, the public comment period
was closed.
On motion by Mr. Lazorisak, seconded by Mr.
Accetturo and passed unanimously on roll call vote,
the Board of Health meeting was adjourned at 10:10
PM.
