SEPTEMBER 18, 2007
The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of the
Mayor and Committee of the Township of Oxford was
held on September 18, 2007 in the Township Municipal
Building, 11 Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.
Mr. Lazorisak, who announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in compliance with the OPMA
of 1975, called the meeting to order at 9:10 PM.
In attendance were Alex Lazorisak, Angelo Accetturo,
and Sheila L. Oberly.
The minutes of July 17, 2007 meeting was approved as
submitted on motion by Mr. Accetturo and seconded by
Mr. Lazorisak.
Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board
of Health Reports of August 16th, and September
14th, 2007.
Mr. Lazorisak stated that the Committee was never
notified of the nuisance of high grass on 40 Green
Street as stated on the Warren County Board of
Health report. The Clerk will call Tracy Hess and
ask who was notified of this problem.
Mr. Lazorisak opened the meeting to the public.
There being no public comments, the public comment
period was closed.
On motion by Mr. Lazorisak and seconded by Mr.
Accetturo, the Board of Health meeting was adjourned
at 9: 30 PM.
