AUGUST 20, 2008
The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of
the Mayor and Committee of the Township of
Oxford was held on August 20, 2008 in the
Township Municipal Building, 11 Green Street,
Oxford, New Jersey.
Mrs. Riley who announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in compliance with the
OPMA of 1975, called the meeting to order at
11:30 PM.
In attendance were Bonnie Riley, N. Angelo
Accetturo, William Bray and Sheila L. Oberly.
The minutes of July 16, 2008 meeting was
approved as submitted on motion by Mr. Accetturo,
seconded by Mrs. Riley and passed on roll call
vote.
Mrs. Riley read the monthly Warren County Board
of Health Reports of August 15, 2008.
Mrs. Riley stated that the Oxford Furnace Lake
was closed the weekend of August 16 & 17th,
because of high bacteria count. The lake opened
Monday, August 18th at 1:00 PM.
She also stated that the Health Department asked
the Committee to call with a physical address of
any home or field with high vegetation.
Mrs. Riley opened the meeting to the public.
There being no public comments, the public
comment period was closed.
On motion by Mr. Accetturo and seconded by Mr.
Bray, the meeting was adjourned at 11:55 PM.
