BOARD OF HEALTH
MAY 20, 2009
 

The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of the Mayor and Committee of the
Township of Oxford was held on May 20, 2009 in the Township Municipal Building, 11
Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.

Mr. Lazorisak who announced that the meeting had been properly advertised in
compliance with the OPMA of 1975, called the meeting to order at 10:52 PM.

In attendance were, Alex Lazorisak, Bonnie Riley, William Bray and Sheila L. Oberly.

The minutes of March 18, and April 15, 2009 meeting was approved as submitted on
motion by Mr. Lazorisak, seconded by Mrs. Riley and passed unanimously in roll call
vote.

Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board of Health Reports of April 16 and
May 14, 2009.

Mr. Lazorisak opened the meeting to the public. There being no public comments, the
public comment period was closed.

On motion by Mr. Bray, seconded by Mrs. Riley and passed unanimously on roll call
vote, the meeting was adjourned at 11:10 PM.
