AUGUST 5, 2009
The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of the
Mayor and Committee of the
Township of Oxford was held on August 5, 2009 in the
Township Municipal Building, 11
Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.
Mr. Lazorisak who announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in
compliance with the OPMA of 1975, called the meeting
to order at 8:20 PM.
In attendance were, Alex Lazorisak, Bonnie Riley,
William Bray and Sheila L. Oberly.
The minutes of July 1, 2009 meeting was approved as
submitted on motion by Mr. Bray,
seconded by Mr. Lazorisak and approved on roll call
vote.
Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board
of Health Reports of July 16,
2009. Mr. Lazorisak said he would call Claude
Mitchell of the Warren County Health
Department to discuss 52 Scranton Parkway and the
standing water left in the pool.
Mr. Lazorisak opened the meeting to the public.
There being no public comments, the
public comment period was closed.
Mrs. Riley thanked Loraine May for the donation of
the beautiful flowers planted in front
of the Municipal Building.
On motion by Mr. Lazorisak, seconded by Mrs. Riley
and passed unanimously on roll
call vote to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 PM.
