OCTOBER 21, 2009
The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of the
Mayor and Committee of the
Township of Oxford was held on October 21, 2009 in
the Township Municipal Building,
11 Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.
Mr. Lazorisak who announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in
compliance with the OPMA of 1975, called the meeting
to order at 8:22 PM.
In attendance were, Alex Lazorisak, Bonnie Riley,
William Bray, Michael Lavery and
Sheila L. Oberly.
The minutes of September 16, 2009 meeting was
approved as submitted on motion by Mr. Lazorisak,
seconded by Mrs. Riley and passed unanimously on
roll call vote.
Mr. Lazorisak read the monthly Warren County Board
of Health Reports of October 15,
2009.
Mrs. Riley stated that the weeds and grass have been
mowed at 40 Green Street.
Mr. Lazorisak opened the meeting to the public.
There being no public comments, the
public comment period was closed.
On motion by Mr. Bray, seconded by Mr. Lazorisak,
and passed unanimously on roll call vote to adjourn
the meeting at 8:45 PM.
