FEBRAURY 17, 2010
The regular scheduled Board of Health meeting of the
Mayor and Committee of the
Township of Oxford was held onFebruary 17, 2010 in
the Township Municipal Building,
11 Green Street Oxford, New Jersey.
Deputy Mayor Riley announced that the meeting had
been properly advertised in
compliance with the OPMA of 1975 and called the
meeting to order at 9:17 PM.
In attendance were Donald Niece, Bonnie Riley,
William Bray and Sheila L. Oberly.
On motion by Mr. Bray and seconded by Mrs. Riley to
approve the January 20, 2010
Board of Health meeting minutes.
Mrs. Riley read the February 10, 2010 Warren County
Board of Health minutes.
Mrs. Riley opened the meeting to public comment.
There being no public comment,
Mrs. Riley closed the meeting.
On motion by Mrs. Riley, seconded by Mr. Bray and
passed unanimously on roll call
vote to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 PM.
