BUDGET MEETING
FEBRUARY 17, 2010


A budget meeting of the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Oxford was held on February 17, 2010 in the Township Municipal Building, 11 Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.

Mayor Donald Niece announced that the meeting had been properly advertised in compliance with the OPMA of 1975 and called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.

In attendance were Donald Niece, Bonnie Riley, William Bray, William Colantano, Dawn Stanchina and Sheila L. Oberly.

Mr. Colantano distributed worksheets to the Committee with 2009 budgeted figures and actual expenses for 2009. Mr. Colantano informed the Committee, that a tax point is
$24,000.00.

The Committee, Mr. Colantano and Mrs. Stanchina, reviewed each item line by line on the 2010 budget worksheet.

A budget meeting will be held at 5:00 PM on March 3, 2010, before the regularly scheduled, Township Committee meeting at 7:00 PM, which will be held in the Oxford Township Municipal Building.

On motion by Mr. Niece, seconded by Mr. Bray and passed unanimously on roll call vote to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 PM.
