BUDGET MEETING
APRIL 7, 2010

A budget meeting of the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Oxford was held on
April 7, 2010 in the Township Municipal Building, 11 Green Street, Oxford, New
Jersey.

Mayor Donald Niece announced that the meeting had been properly advertised in
compliance with the OPMA of 1975 and called the meeting to order at 4:33PM.

In attendance were Donald Niece, Bonnie Riley, William Bray, (arrived 4:45 PM),
William Colantano, Dawn Stanchina and Sheila L. Oberly.

The Committee, Ms. Stanchina and Mr. Colantano discussed certain line items in the
pending budget for 2010. Mr. Colantano stated that for each $20,700.00 spent in the
budget, the tax rate increases by one cent.

On motion by Mrs. Riley and seconded by Mr. Niece to introduce the 2010 budget on
April 21, 2010, at 7:00 PM in the Oxford Township Municipal Building, 1 Green Street,
Oxford.

On motion by Mr. Niece, seconded by Mrs. Riley and passed unanimously on roll call
vote to have a recess from 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM.
