OXFORD TOWNSHIP
LAND USE BOARD MEETING
NOVEMBER 10, 2008
Chairman D. Niece called the meeting to
order at 7:00 p.m.
ADEQUATE NOTICE
was given as
follows: Notice was sent to the Star
Gazette and Express Times. Notice was posted
on the Municipal bulletin
Board in the Township Administration
building in the Oxford Township,
New Jersey, and notice was filed with the
Township Clerk.
Roll Call:
Members Present: Mayor Riley, Mr. Calabrese,
Mr. Ischinger, Ms. May,
Mr. Niece, Ms. Smorzaniuk, Dr. Yeager, Mr.
Nyland
Members Absent: Mr. Accetturo, Mr. Lazorisak,
Mr. Williams
Communications: Correspondence was provided
to the Land Use Board members.
Minutes: Minutes of the September 8, 2008
meeting.
A motion to approve the minutes from the
September 8, 2008 meeting as written
was made by Mayor Riley, seconded by Mr.
Ischinger, all ayes motion carried.
Zoning Officer’s Report: September and
October 2008 zoning report.
The zoning officer submitted his report for
September 2008.
Three permits were issued, zero were denied,
multiple calls and questions.

multiple calls and questions.
RESOLUTIONS:
1.
Donald & Barbara
Deitman - Resolution for a Minor Subdivision
application for
Block 24 Lot 21 located at 143 Belvidere
Avenue.
This application
received approval on September 8, 2008.

Vote: Lazorisak, May, Riley, Accetturo,
Ischinger, Niece,
Yeager, Nyland
A motion to
approve the resolution as written was
made by Mr.
Nyland seconded by Mr. Ischinger, Vote:

Ischinger,
Riley, May, Niece, Yeager - Ayes, 0 - Nay, 0
- Abstain,
motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Mr. D.
Deitman spoke briefly to the board about his
application.

ADJOURNMENT: 7:12 p.m.
With no further business before and no further
public comment offered the
meeting was adjourned.
