Talk about Oxford

We hope everybody had a good time at the movie on Saturday. Aside from the movie freezing (the DVD was damaged) how how did we do?

I thought it was great--I brought my husband, an 8yr old, a 6 yr old, and two 15 yr olds--they all enjoyed it. I think that you'll have better turnout with warmer weather--couple of others were going to come with me but it was too cold for them.--You should also invite seniors in warmer weather and let them have police ride down hill--make sure that would be known to them before hand and find a way for their input to be collected for what they would want to see--maybe a poll at senior meetings maybe you could sponsor a teen night, senior night, couples night--that kind of thing to get different groups out--

We were considering showing a movie like Rocky Horror Picture Show, and doing something for anybody that came as one of the characters. Teen, couples, & senior nights are also good ideas.

I don't know if this was coincidence or if the township took our idea to have a movie night. We started three months ago having a movie night at the church, once a month and we have had moderate success. Now that we are heading into the colder months, I was wondering if we could possibly join forces on this to have the movie indoors. The church has all the state-of-the-art equipment to show any movie. In fact, we edit any questionable content out of movies so people of any age can come regardless of the movie's original rating. This month we are showing "The Day After Tomorrow" on October 29th. If whoever is in charge of the Oxford movie night could contact me about doing the movie together indoors, I would greatly appreciate it.
