| Golden Rule Karate is an
Isshinryu Karate School using a mix of modern and traditional training
techniques to gain maximum results. Our traditions are rooted in hard
work, positive attitude, loyalty, and self responsibility. Together with
the Isshinryu, we also teach International Self Defense, which includes
techniques where one learns to defend themselves from a non-standing
position. |

| We are part of the JJK
Association which opens up many opportunities for the students of Golden
Rule Karate, one of the biggest being a week long sleepover summer camp
where students go through extensive martial arts training in three daily
sessions. We plan many outings and attend tournaments and seminars. |
| The first class is always free
without pressure to enroll. Unlike many other schools, there are no
contracts to sign. |
