Oxford man arrested on sex assault charges

Oxford Twp. - Saturday August 28, 2004

    Oxford Police arrested an Oxford Man on sexual assault charges Saturday evening.  Arrested was Carl E. Boeing Jr.  Boeing was charged with 5 counts of sexual assault by touching and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.  The victims were 2 minor females who were known by Mr. Boeing.  Boeing's bail was set at $50,000 no 10% and he was lodged in the Warren County Correctional Center pending a first appearance in Superior Court on Monday.  Be advised that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.  This case was investigated by Oxford Lt. Charles Lilly as well as Det. I Toni Latario and Lt. Stephen Speirs of the Warren County Prosecutors Office Sex Assault and Child Abuse Unit.
