Oxford man arrested for drinking in vehicle

Oxford Twp. - Friday November 19, 2004

    An Oxford man was arrested for drinking in his vehicle on Wednesday evening. Ptl. Matthew Frauen observed a vehicle pulled over on the side of the access road leading to the Warren County Incinerator. As Ptl Frauen approached the vehicle to inquire as to why the vehicle was there, he observed a six pack of beer on the floor of the vehicle. The six pack contained an open beer as well as two additional bottles missing from the carton. The driver, identified as Lester P. Cole 4th of Oxford was charged with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and released pending court.
